I’ve been thinking of, what else to eat besides my normal routine healthy food that I’ve eaten normal days. I tried to think widely of, how to make my kind of healthy food fun, tasty and easy to make.
So, I’ve gone through all the website available and thinking of what I had in my kitchen right now. I remember that I still have some of multigrain bread leftover. This bread made me out of the world when I eat it, chew it… aarrghh so much fun eating it!!
Ok, let’s get back to the recipe website! So, I have the bread and I try to see if any recipe that can slot my delicious bread in. Then, I found it!
It is Balsamic Bruschetta!
I did some adjustment depending on what I had in the kitchen and following my taste bud.
Let’s go through the ingredients:
1st ingredients:
8 ripe plum tomatoes, diced (I must tell you this! Ripe tomatoes even make this recipe delicious)
1/3 cup chopped basil (If you like it more, be my guess)
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (when I did this recipe, honestly I don’t have balsamic vinegar. Then I replaced it with Maggi seasoning. I don’t regret it because it turned out so delicious. But of cos after that I bought the balsamic vinegar and try which equally not bad)
1 tspn Olive oil (if you wish to add it more, yes you can)
¼ tspn salt
¼ tspn freshly ground black pepper
2nd ingredients:
Toasted Multigrain & Seeds bread
Shredded parmesan cheese (Guys, this is optional. Because I am on my diet program, so I took this out from the ingredients)
Preparation:
Prep time is only 5 to 10 mins
Get ready with 1 medium size bowl. Put all the 1st ingredient in 1 bowl and mix it well.
Let it aside for good 10 mins to get all ingredient combine.
Toast our multigrain & seeds bread.
After 10 minutes, get the mix ingredient and put it on top of the toasted bread. Annnndddd…. Wallaah!!!
Try it, you’ll never regret!!
